Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add warm milk and 3 tbsp melted butter; stir until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8–10 equal portions, shape into balls, and place on the baking sheet spaced about 1 inch apart.
- Brush each roll generously with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and fluffy inside.
- After baking, brush with more melted butter and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
- Add mozzarella inside each roll for a gooey center.
