Ingredients

- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage and cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes until just tender. Transfer to plate with sausage.
- If pan is dry, add a bit more oil. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Return sausage and broccoli to skillet. Pour sauce over everything and stir to coat.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot on its own or over rice/noodles.
