- 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss the apple wedges with olive oil or melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender with crisp edges.
- While the apples cook, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

- Serve the warm apple wedges with caramel whipped cream for dipping.
Notes
- Try adding nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice for extra fall flavor.
- Toss air-fried apples in crushed graham crackers for crunch.
- Use coconut whipped cream and dairy-free caramel for a vegan version.
- Dip apple wedges in dark chocolate or peanut butter for variation.
- Store leftovers separately in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheat apples in the air fryer at 350°F until warm and crisp.
- Re-whip the caramel cream if it deflates before serving.
