Instructions
- Cut bread slices into thick sticks (3–4 per slice).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- In a separate shallow dish, mix sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon for coating.
- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating all sides but not soaking.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange sticks in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Brush lightly with melted butter or spray, then toss warm sticks in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup or your favorite dip.
