Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Optional: chopped parsley, garlic powder, or grated cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms. Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each into a flat round or oval.
- Combine olive oil or butter with minced garlic and brush over dough rounds.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Cook flatbreads in batches for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and puffed.
- Brush with more garlic butter after cooking and sprinkle with parsley or cheese if desired.
Notes
- Add herbs or garlic powder to the dough for extra flavor.
- Top with shredded mozzarella or parmesan for a cheesy version.
- Swap some yogurt with sour cream for richer dough.
- Freeze leftovers tightly wrapped and reheat straight from frozen.
