Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Butter and cocoa powder for greasing ramekins

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease 2 to 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk in powdered sugar until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs and egg yolks, mixing until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and salt, then fold in flour just until no streaks remain.
  6. Divide batter evenly between prepared ramekins.
  7. Place ramekins in air fryer and cook at 370°F for 8–10 minutes, depending on desired gooeyness.
  8. Let rest for 1–2 minutes, run a knife around the edges, and invert onto plates to serve warm.
