Description

Air Fryer Salmon is a quick and healthy meal featuring perfectly crisp edges and a tender, flaky center, ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley or dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
