Ingredients
- 1 medium flour tortilla (8-inch)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, herbs, and salt (if using).
- Brush one side of the tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Place the tortilla in the air fryer basket, buttered side up. Ensure it lies flat.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy. Check halfway through to avoid burning.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve.

- Add shredded mozzarella or cheddar for extra cheesiness.
- Use pesto instead of garlic butter for a flavor variation.
- Cut tortilla into wedges before air frying for chip-style bites.
