Ingredients

- 3 medium oranges (navel or Valencia), peeled and segmented

- Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Wash the apples and oranges thoroughly.
- Peel oranges and remove seeds; core and chop apples.
