Description

An Authentic Açaí Smoothie Bowl is a refreshing and nutrient-rich breakfast or snack featuring a thick blend of frozen açaí and fruit, topped with granola, fresh berries, seeds, and coconut. It’s a vibrant, antioxidant-packed treat that feels like a tropical escape in a bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet (100g) frozen unsweetened açaí puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or mango
  • 1/4 cup apple juice, almond milk, or coconut water
  • Toppings: granola, fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), banana slices, chia seeds or flax seeds, coconut flakes, honey or agave (optional)

Instructions

  1. Run frozen açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds, then break into chunks.
  2. Blend açaí, frozen banana, berries, and a splash of liquid until thick and smooth. Use a high-speed blender and minimal liquid to maintain spoonable consistency.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
  4. Top with granola, fresh fruit, seeds, and coconut flakes. Drizzle with honey or agave if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy while cold.
