Ingredients
- 1 packet (100g) frozen unsweetened açaí puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or mango
- 1/4 cup apple juice, almond milk, or coconut water
- Toppings: granola, fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), banana slices, chia seeds or flax seeds, coconut flakes, honey or agave (optional)
Instructions
- Run frozen açaí packet under warm water for a few seconds, then break into chunks.
- Blend açaí, frozen banana, berries, and a splash of liquid until thick and smooth. Use a high-speed blender and minimal liquid to maintain spoonable consistency.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
