Ingredients
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz grenadine
- ½ oz coffee liqueur (optional)
- Ice
- Pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add coconut rum, dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
- If using, add coffee liqueur for extra depth of flavor.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with a cup of ice until smooth.
- Skip the coffee liqueur for a fruitier, traditional Bahama Mama.
- For a mocktail, replace rum with coconut water and add a splash of lime juice.
