- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or sour cream), ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the ranch mixture evenly over each chicken breast, coating completely.
- Place chicken in prepared baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Top with shredded cheddar or mozzarella for a cheesy crust.
- Mix breadcrumbs into ranch coating for extra crunch.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream for a lighter option.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for an even juicier result.
