Description

Banana & Nutella frozen yogurt bark is a cool, creamy treat made with Greek yogurt, banana slices, and swirls of Nutella. It’s a simple no-bake dessert that’s customizable, satisfying, and perfect for a refreshing snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp granola, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate chips (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or shallow tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
  3. Spread yogurt evenly on the parchment to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Scatter banana slices evenly over the yogurt layer.
  5. Warm Nutella slightly and drizzle over the yogurt. Swirl with a spoon or toothpick.
  6. Sprinkle optional toppings like granola, nuts, or chocolate chips.
  7. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
  8. Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.
  • Swap banana with berries for variety.
  • Use plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free version.
  • Store bark in the freezer and serve straight from frozen.
  • Don’t leave out too long—it melts quickly.
