Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the cream layer.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.

- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the fruit.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the entire dessert.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans over the top and decorate with maraschino cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so the layers can set.
Notes
- Crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits can replace graham crackers for a different crust flavor.
- Add mini chocolate chips between layers for extra chocolate taste.
- Use light cream cheese and reduced-fat whipped topping for a lighter version.
- Drizzle caramel sauce along with chocolate syrup for a richer dessert.
- Lightly brush banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dessert is best served chilled and should not be reheated.
- For best results, prepare it several hours ahead or the night before serving.
