Description

Bang Bang Cajun Salmon Delights are bold, flavorful salmon bites coated in spicy Cajun seasoning, pan-seared until crispy, and topped with a creamy, zesty bang bang sauce. Perfect for appetizers, snacks, or light meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and toss with Cajun seasoning and cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon bites for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  3. While salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
  4. Drizzle sauce over salmon or serve on the side for dipping.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
