Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and toss with Cajun seasoning and cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon bites for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- While salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
- Drizzle sauce over salmon or serve on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
