Description
Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are warm, crispy tortillas filled with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and garlicky goodness. They’re quick to make, full of flavor, and perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
- 4 flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese or mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: spinach, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, or hot sauce
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with shredded cheese, cream cheese or mayo (if using), salt, pepper, and half the garlic butter mixture.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each. Sprinkle extra cheese on top and roll tightly like burritos.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with the remaining garlic butter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm, with dipping sauces or sides if desired.
Notes
- Add spinach, tomatoes, or leftover veggies for extra flavor.
- Use BBQ chicken or smoked cheese for a twist.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway for crispiness.
- Wrap in low-carb tortillas or lettuce for a lighter option.
- Freeze tightly wrapped for make-ahead meals.
