Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the pan to form a crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate chips.
- Top with toffee bits and a sprinkle of sea salt if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing. Chill for cleaner cuts if desired.
