Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream for a richer flavor)
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz white rum (optional, for an alcoholic version)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Ice cubes (about 1 cup)
- Pineapple slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk (or cream), blue curaçao, rum (if using), sugar, and ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk or water if needed to adjust consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices or cherries if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical escape!
Notes
- Use fresh pineapple with extra ice if frozen pineapple is unavailable.
- Omit rum for a non-alcoholic version—add pineapple juice instead.
- Add lime or orange juice for extra citrusy flavor.
- Store leftovers in the freezer and re-blend before serving.
- Use coconut cream for a richer, creamier drink.
