Description

Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are creamy, high-protein no-bake snacks that taste like dessert but fuel your body with wholesome ingredients. Made with protein powder, cream cheese or yogurt, and juicy blueberries, they’re perfect for a quick bite anytime of day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or thick Greek yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup fresh or freeze-dried blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest, shredded coconut, or crushed graham crackers for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese or yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in almond flour until the mixture forms a soft dough.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Roll into 10–12 small bite-sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  5. Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Optional: Roll in coconut or crushed graham crackers for extra flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use oat flour for a nut-free version.
  • Swap blueberries for other berries like strawberries or raspberries.
  • Dip in dark chocolate for a dessert-style variation.
  • Reduce sweetener if using a sweetened protein powder.
  • Store in fridge or freezer for grab-and-go snacks.
