Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites are creamy, high-protein no-bake snacks that taste like dessert but fuel your body with wholesome ingredients. Made with protein powder, cream cheese or yogurt, and juicy blueberries, they’re perfect for a quick bite anytime of day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or thick Greek yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/3 cup almond flour or oat flour
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1/3 cup fresh or freeze-dried blueberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest, shredded coconut, or crushed graham crackers for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese or yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Roll into 10–12 small bite-sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
- Place on a lined tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Optional: Roll in coconut or crushed graham crackers for extra flavor and texture.
