Description

A Blueberry Milkshake is a creamy, refreshing treat made by blending sweet blueberries with vanilla ice cream and milk. Smooth, fruity, and naturally vibrant in color, it’s a quick and satisfying drink perfect for dessert or a cool snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (whole, 2%, or preferred variety)
  • 12 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey or sugar (if using), and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and extra blueberries if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.

Notes

  • Frozen blueberries make the milkshake thicker and colder.
  • Use dairy-free milk and ice cream for a vegan version.
  • Add a frozen banana for extra creaminess.
  • A handful of spinach can be blended in for added nutrients without affecting flavor.
  • Best enjoyed fresh right after blending.
