Ingredients
- 4 fresh limes, washed and quartered
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- Wash the limes thoroughly, then cut them into quarters.
- In a blender, combine the quartered limes, sugar, and cold water.
- Pulse a few times—just enough to extract juice without over-blending and causing bitterness.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately over plenty of ice.
Notes
- Add fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing twist.
- Blend in strawberries or passion fruit for a fruity variation.
- Use coconut milk instead of condensed milk for a dairy-free version.
- Top each glass with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
- Best enjoyed fresh; stir before serving if stored for a few hours.
