Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Let sauce simmer and thicken slightly.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Heat for another 2 minutes.
  7. Finish with lemon juice and optional garnishes. Serve warm.
