Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, peeled and cubed

- 2–4 tbsp water or milk (optional, to adjust consistency)
Instructions

- Add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is needed.

- Substitute yogurt with coconut milk, almond milk, or silken tofu for a dairy-free version.
- Try adding mango, pineapple, or mint for flavor variations.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
