Description

This refreshing cantaloupe smoothie blends ripe cantaloupe with creamy yogurt, citrus, and ice for a naturally sweet, hydrating drink. It’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a light afternoon snack — cool, creamy, and loaded with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 24 tbsp water or milk (optional, to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, and cube the flesh.
  2. Add cantaloupe, yogurt, ice, and lime or lemon juice to a blender.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is needed.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add water or milk to adjust consistency as needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

  • Use frozen cantaloupe instead of ice for a creamier texture.
  • Substitute yogurt with coconut milk, almond milk, or silken tofu for a dairy-free version.
  • Try adding mango, pineapple, or mint for flavor variations.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
  • Great source of hydration, Vitamin C, and fiber.
