Description

Carrot Beet Juice is a vibrant, naturally sweet, and earthy drink made from fresh carrots, beets, and optional lemon or ginger. Packed with nutrients and antioxidants, it’s a refreshing way to boost energy and wellness.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, washed and chopped
  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water (if blending instead of juicing)

Instructions

  1. Wash and roughly chop carrots and beets.
  2. If using a juicer: feed carrots and beets through the juicer, alternating with lemon or ginger if using. Stir and serve immediately.
  3. If using a blender: combine chopped carrots, beets, and water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag to remove pulp.
  5. Stir in lemon juice or ginger if desired. Serve chilled or over ice.

Notes

  • Add an apple for extra sweetness.
  • Mix in cucumber or celery for lighter flavor.
  • Swap lemon for orange juice for a citrusy twist.
  • Add turmeric root for anti-inflammatory benefits.
  • Serve with sparkling water for a juice spritzer.
