Description

This Carrot Spinach Juice is fresh, lightly sweet, and packed with nutrients. Blending the natural sweetness of carrots with the mild taste of spinach and a hint of citrus, it’s a refreshing and energizing drink perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 small apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ to 1 cup cold water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all ingredients, making sure carrots and spinach are clean.
  2. For a blender: Add carrots, spinach, apple, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer or nut milk bag if desired.
  3. For a juicer: Run carrots, spinach, and apple through the juicer. Stir in the lemon juice at the end.
  4. Serve immediately while fresh and cold.

Notes

  • Add a small piece of fresh ginger for warmth.
  • Include cucumber or celery for extra hydration.
  • Use orange juice instead of lemon for a sweeter twist.
