Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until combined.
  3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle and pinch edges to seal into a ball.
  5. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the bombs.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley if using and serve warm with blue cheese or ranch for dipping.
