- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until combined.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle and pinch edges to seal into a ball.
- Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley if using and serve warm with blue cheese or ranch for dipping.
Notes
- Use pepper jack cheese for extra spice.
- Stuff with blue cheese crumbles for bold flavor.
- Make mini versions for appetizers using smaller dough portions.
- Brush with egg wash for a glossier, crispier finish.
- Air fry at 350°F for 10–12 minutes for a faster option.
