Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, sliced or shredded chicken (breasts or thighs)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or dried parsley
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, ranch or Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small pan. Stir in minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Simmer 1 minute until fragrant.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Lay out each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese in the center, add chicken and desired fillings, then drizzle with garlic butter.
- Fold tortillas into wraps. Brush outsides with more garlic butter.
- Cook wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Add cooked bacon or use grilled chicken with BBQ sauce for variation.
- Use pepper jack or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Try flavored tortillas like spinach or sun-dried tomato.
- Add ranch, Caesar, or garlic aioli inside for extra sauce.
- Reheat in skillet or toaster oven to restore crispiness.
