Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups are a quick, low-carb twist on classic pizza. Made with tortillas, melty mozzarella, zesty sauce, and crispy pepperoni, they’re pan-fried to golden perfection and perfect for snacks, lunches, or game-day bites.


Ingredients

  • 4 low-carb flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for pan-frying)
  • Optional: Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each, leaving a small border.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce and layer with pepperoni slices.
