Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the cut sides of the bread.
- Bake the bread for 5–7 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
