Instructions

- Flip the tortilla and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until the tortilla becomes crisp.
- In a separate bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Spoon the Caesar salad mixture onto the cooked chicken side of each tortilla.
- Fold the tacos and serve immediately while warm and crispy.
