Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or melted chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and spoon small portions of the mixture onto the tray to form clusters.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until the clusters are firm.
- Melt the chocolate, adding coconut oil if desired for a smoother consistency.
- Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with melted chocolate.
- Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Serve slightly softened or store in the freezer.
