Description

A simple and refreshing frozen treat made with creamy yogurt, sweet strawberries, and a crisp chocolate coating for a light yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper and spoon small portions of the mixture onto the tray to form clusters.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until the clusters are firm.
  4. Melt the chocolate, adding coconut oil if desired for a smoother consistency.
  5. Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with melted chocolate.
  6. Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate sets.
  7. Serve slightly softened or store in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a thicker and creamier texture.
  • Add granola or crushed nuts for extra crunch.
  • Try dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Mix in other berries like blueberries or raspberries.
  • Let clusters sit briefly before eating for best texture.
