  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 12 clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt. Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray to form clusters.
  4. Freeze the clusters for 1–2 hours, or until fully frozen.
  5. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop until smooth.

  7. Return the clusters to the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Try other fruits like blueberries, raspberries, or mango.
  • Mix in granola or chopped nuts for added texture.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate for a vegan version.
  • Best eaten straight from the freezer—do not thaw or reheat.
