Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt. Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray to form clusters.
- Freeze the clusters for 1–2 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave or on the stovetop until smooth.
- Dip or drizzle the frozen clusters with the melted chocolate.
- Return the clusters to the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
