Description

A coconut shake is a creamy, tropical drink made with coconut milk and ice cream for a refreshing, indulgent treat. It’s smooth, naturally sweet, and perfect for hot days or anytime you’re craving a taste of the tropics.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (or coconut cream for extra richness)
  • 23 scoops vanilla or coconut ice cream (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (optional: honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, ice cream, sweetener (if using), and optional ice cubes and vanilla to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or texture by adding more ice cream or a splash of milk.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with shredded coconut or whipped cream if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a thicker shake, use more ice cream or frozen banana.
  • Add pineapple or mango for a tropical twist.
  • Blend in a scoop of vanilla protein powder for a protein boost.
  • Use canned coconut milk for a richer texture or refrigerated for a lighter shake.
