Description

A creamy and refreshing coffee milkshake made with vanilla ice cream, chilled coffee, and milk, blended into a smooth and frothy drink that is perfect as a quick dessert or energizing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee or chilled strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Pour the chilled coffee into a blender.
  3. Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, sugar or honey if using, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. If the milkshake is too thick, add a small splash of milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
