Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee or chilled strong coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely.
- Pour the chilled coffee into a blender.
- Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, sugar or honey if using, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- If the milkshake is too thick, add a small splash of milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder if desired.
- Serve immediately while cold and frothy.

- Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream for a mocha-style milkshake.
- Blend in a teaspoon of instant coffee for a stronger coffee flavor.
