Description

Cookie Butter Rice Krispie Treats are a spiced, gooey twist on the classic cereal bar, made with creamy cookie butter and marshmallows for a rich, cozy treat that’s easy to make and impossible to resist.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy cookie butter (like Biscoff or Speculoos)
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: extra melted cookie butter for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in cookie butter until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan and press gently into an even layer.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Optional: drizzle melted cookie butter on top before slicing into squares.
