Crab Crescent Bites Delight are buttery, golden crescent rolls filled with a creamy crab mixture—perfect as elegant yet easy appetizers for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives (or green onions)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or a pinch of Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan or Old Bay. Mix until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 Tbsp of crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle up from the wide end, encasing the filling.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chives or lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Add shredded cheddar or pepper jack to the filling for extra richness.
  • Spice it up with hot sauce or Cajun seasoning.
  • Use shrimp, lobster, or salmon instead of crab for variation.
