- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese or a pinch of Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan or Old Bay. Mix until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp of crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle up from the wide end, encasing the filling.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

- Cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chives or lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
- Add shredded cheddar or pepper jack to the filling for extra richness.

- Use shrimp, lobster, or salmon instead of crab for variation.
- Substitute gluten-free crescent dough for dietary needs.
- Roll in panko before baking for a crunchy exterior.
