Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice or cranberry cocktail)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups sparkling water, soda water, or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges for garnish (optional)
- Fresh cranberries or pineapple chunks for garnish (optional)
- Optional: 1 shot vodka, rum, or prosecco per glass for alcoholic version
Instructions
- Fill a large pitcher or individual glasses with ice.
- Pour in equal parts cranberry juice and pineapple juice.
- Top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda just before serving.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with lime wedges, cranberries, or pineapple chunks if desired.
- If making an alcoholic version, add vodka, rum, or prosecco to taste.
Notes
- Use frozen fruit instead of ice for a fruitier twist and to avoid dilution.
- Mix juices ahead of time and refrigerate, then add fizz right before serving.
- For a less sweet version, use unsweetened cranberry juice and plain sparkling water.
- Add a splash of cinnamon syrup or fresh rosemary for a seasonal variation.
- Great for brunches, parties, or as a family-friendly mocktail.
