Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low.
- Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
