Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Add cooked chicken, shrimp, or bacon for extra protein.
- Sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes make tasty additions.
- Use half-and-half for a lighter sauce or plant-based cream for dairy-free version.
