Description

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until tender.
  2. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes until softened.
