Ingredients
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef or turkey and cook while breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
- Pour in the broth, milk or cream, and tomato sauce.

- Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
