Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place mozzarella cheese slices on two of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries evenly over the cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the blueberries if desired.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form two sandwiches.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter.
