Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.

- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and dried basil if using.
- Slice or serve chicken whole, pour Alfredo sauce over top, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
