Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  2. Let the chocolate cool slightly, then gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined. The texture will be mousse-like.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form small balls. Roll quickly between your hands.
