Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
- 12–16 fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 cup whipped cream or stabilized whipped topping
- Optional: powdered sugar, for dusting
- Optional: melted chocolate, for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare and bake brownies according to package or homemade recipe instructions. Let cool completely.
- Using a round cookie cutter or knife, cut brownies into small circles about the size of a strawberry base.
- Pipe or spoon a small swirl of whipped cream on top of each brownie round.
- Place a hulled strawberry, pointed side up, on top of the whipped cream to resemble a Santa hat.
- Add a small dot of whipped cream to the tip of each strawberry to complete the hat.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
