Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a wholesome and refreshing treat made with layers of granola, creamy yogurt, and fresh fruit. Perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or a light dessert, these cups are simple to make and fully customizable.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 10 minutes (including freezing)
  • Yield: 12 mini cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granola (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or nut butter (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt or regular yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, banana slices, etc.)
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix granola with honey and coconut oil or nut butter if using.
  3. Press about 1–2 tablespoons of the granola mixture into the bottom of each liner to form a crust.
  4. Spoon a layer of yogurt over the granola and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  5. Top with fresh fruit and any optional toppings.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is fully set.
  7. Before serving, let the cups sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes to soften slightly. Remove liners and enjoy.

Notes

  • Swirl in fruit puree or jam into the yogurt for added flavor.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version.
  • Add a spoonful of peanut butter between granola and yogurt for richness.
  • Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Use a small baking dish to make bars instead of individual cups.
