Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, if using.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in Fruity Pebbles and Rice Krispies cereals until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan and gently press into an even layer.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
