Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for cooking)
  • 4 burger buns (brioche or potato rolls recommended)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties with a shallow indentation in the center of each.
