Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat shrimp dry and arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink, opaque, and curled.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
