Description

Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are savory handheld bites that combine seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and flaky crescent dough brushed with garlic butter. These rollups bake to golden perfection and make a fun snack, appetizer, or quick dinner everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 tbsp ketchup (optional)
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley or sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and optional ketchup and mustard. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Spoon a bit of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then top with shredded cheese. Roll up each triangle, tucking the ends if needed.
  6. Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush this garlic butter over the tops of the rollups.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the rollups are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add chopped pickles inside the rollups for a classic cheeseburger twist.
  • Use pepper jack cheese or a cheese blend for extra flavor or heat.
